We have a Time Tracker app for you – to record all your staff activity against Contracts, Projects, Tasks and Time. Power Apps is used to enter and maintain details securely, with Power BI used (if required) to analyse Client, Contract and Project allocation and performance. A paginated report can then bill out as delivery note or invoice, by month, project or however your business works. We use it ourself of course!
That’s the crunch: there’s tons of time trackers on the market, some really good ones (and bad) – but they’re usually closed, overly integrated or just awkward to access your own data. Also, we often need them to be flexible and accommodate additional business workings. That’s why we’re offering our own – to keep it simple whilst fully flexible and customisable whilst you can always access the underlying data – because it’s on your system!
The database can be a full SQL Server one on Azure (or your own server) or use Microsoft’s own Dataverse within Fabric.
